I've got your wife's shop bookmarked and occasionally look at what she's got. It's hard to make decisions, she's got such great stuff! But someday I will get colors for both my poochies from her.

I belong to a few other special interest sites and none of them come close to this one. I'll go to them for specific needs like technical questions, parts, etc. but they're nowhere near as fun as the BHO and can be downright nasty - very clique like. This is a great group of people.

I remember when Facebook was this simple... Ahh the good old days
DeanT - Posted - 10/23/2012: 13:43:08
Oh no Alaina's alligator got away... now she's kissing Giraffes!
Alaina - Posted - 10/23/2012: 14:46:43
Nope, it's actually at the Wild Animal Safari Park here in So. Cal
OM45GE - Posted - 10/23/2012: 15:22:35
Is that the one that's part of the San Diego Zoo organization?
OM45GE - Posted - 10/23/2012: 15:34:01
I've been there a couple of times. For a zoo, it's pretty good - not too many little cages.
Alaina - Posted - 10/23/2012: 15:34:37
I love the SD Zoo, but I've only been to the Safari park once
OM45GE - Posted - 10/24/2012: 04:05:44
I used to work for Biogen Idec - a biopharmaceutical company. We had a research and office on the north side of San Diego and a plant in Oceanside. I used to get out there several times a year and enjoyed the zoo, the animal park, Lego Land and outdoor dining!
dat - Posted - 10/24/2012: 05:38:03
all the zoos I've been around have the animals in cages or pins that are way to small, I don't like walking through and seeing all them all cramped up
dat - Posted - 10/24/2012: 06:45:33
an " animal park" where they have more room would be nice to see though
DeanT - Posted - 10/24/2012: 07:25:43
Our local zoo has a jungle building, were everything goes wherever it wants. If your not careful, you get bird poo on your head.
OM45GE - Posted - 10/24/2012: 07:53:32
The one Alaina and I are talking about has wide open habitats where it's more the people who are fenced in than the animals. You can walk trough on paths or take an elevated train around.
The Sydney Australia Zoo is similar although not quite so open as the San Diego park.
Alaina - Posted - 10/24/2012: 08:06:30
It was definitely a neat place when I went to see it. I think I need to plan another trip to see if my friend is still there :D
Mr. Quimby - Posted - 10/24/2012: 08:09:32
I like going to the zoo to see the wallabies. I love wallabies.
Alaina - Posted - 10/24/2012: 09:11:47
Me too, but little balls of cuteness like the pic above just make my heart melt
Mr. Quimby - Posted - 10/24/2012: 11:51:19
I love when they give the big cats things like pumpkins and the tigers and stuff play with them the same way my cats might play with a ping pong ball.
OM45GE - Posted - 10/24/2012: 12:56:46
I saw a polar bear habitat once when they gave them a huge block of ice. They were having a ball with that.
Alaina - Posted - 10/24/2012: 13:12:52
I saw the polar bears at the SD Zoo literally trying to drown each other. They were fighting and pushing each other under water. The zookeepers said they had never seen it before

DeanT - Posted - 10/24/2012: 16:44:10

dat - Posted - 10/25/2012: 05:39:54
