me too,    lock up your dog and your wife in the trunk of a car for an hour, then see which is glad to see you when you open it up.

our neighbors dog from down the road,   which has adopted us,  came up yesterday afternoon all happy that he found a fresh cow patty.

LOL.

I'm still stuck in NJ. We've got about 8" of snow on the ground. It tool an hour to go six miles to get to a hotel. The hotel is a fleabag and the restaurant is closed. We're going to try to head home in the morning. 250 miles never seemed so long.

Thanks. I used to travel for business all the time and it never bothered me. I'm getting so that I don't like it at all anymore. I still like to travel for fun but for work, not so much.

We've got lots of tractors. Most of our agriculture is dairy farms and smaller produce farms. Plus a lot of orchards and berry farms.

When we drove out to Bonneville the year before last we drove by fields that were irrigated and had tall green corn. Ones right next to them were brown little stubs.

They make pretty interesting patterns when you fly over them a few miles up.

I've flown over more times that I can remember but still prefer to drive through and actually see things. It's an amazing country we live in and you just can't get a sense for how magnificent it is from 35,000 feet.

the fields we used to goose hunt in are covered with subdivisions now, houses so close together you can't walk outside and pee without having to wave to your neighbor
