I've run with a glass before......usually being chased by a friend who claimed I had the keys to the car......when I didn't drive there in the first place.

coffee is great, we started drinking it with milk and sugar at about age 5, then we got weaned off the sugar then off the milk at about ten,   now it's no milk, no sugar and very little water
