Yeah that's what I hope I did when I moved here. Single floor living (although the basement is a fully finished family room, I wouldn't need to use it if I couldn't do stairs) and it's paid for. I don't ever want to move again.

That's where we're at. One more move, and never again. Our house has been paid for for over 10 years, and we'll pay cash for the condo. Plenty of time, no rush. But we aint getting any younger, and it's time for life to be all about what we want to do, and NOT screwing around with house stuff we don't want to jack with anymore

How quickly do things sell there?

The market in our area is incredibly hot. One of our neighbors just sold her house. Listed on Friday, open house Saturday and a full price offe Sunday.

I think we have 30 years worth of stuff... and we had a big yard sale shortly after we moved here. And we take stuff to goodwill all the time. I think stuff breeds when we are sleeping

I blame change. We still have tons of cassettes, and VHS tapes, and players and stuff we will never use again. I wish stuff would just stay the same, so we wouldn't have to get new stuff all the time.

My wife uses Final Net hairspray. My Mom used Final Net when I was a little kid growing up. Same color, same design on the can... looks identical 50 years later.

When I was swimming daily, I used to use Ultraswim chlorine removal shampoo. It helped a lot.
