When the pipe started leaking, it flooded 1/3 of the finished basement in less than an hour. My instruments were all sitting in an inch of water, thankfully in their cases. If I had gone to bed an hour earlier, or been gone for the weekend, it would have been a disaster.

I give up. I will never get the last word. Not here. Not at home.
TheLastWord - Posted - 07/04/2014: 18:05:30
There was a time the mods would stop this around 50 pages and start a new part.
OM45GE - Posted - 07/04/2014: 19:30:56
I know, then for a long time it was 100 pages. I wonder what happened.
TheLastWord - Posted - 07/05/2014: 04:46:56
I think we switched mods and the new ones did not know or realize we started over from time to time.
It was fun. The posting really heated up as we anticipated the end and new start.
ErikH - Posted - 07/05/2014: 05:45:06
I know. They never used to let the other threads go on for hundreds of pages, either.
TheLastWord - Posted - 07/06/2014: 03:40:45
Got tired of the other name and this one fits a lot better.
TheLastWord - Posted - 07/06/2014: 08:50:34
Are you sure? After coffee this morning, I played a round of golf.
OM45GE - Posted - 07/06/2014: 13:56:31
You may have played golf but El Dubwa took a ride on the Harley with me.
OM45GE - Posted - 07/06/2014: 18:31:43
That's what I'm talking about. Last Word hasn't left here at all.

Last Word hates Harleys, likes a good old British motorized bicycle like a BSA

Yeesh. Trust the duck to give us all the finger. Great, now we have 30,000 Richards.

That was some wind storm. Blew the LW all the way down to Florida.
ErikH - Posted - 07/09/2014: 02:17:23
And back to Illinois to enjoy what is supposed to be a beautiful day.
OM45GE - Posted - 07/09/2014: 03:13:38
LW should probably stay there. We've got another hot and humid day with thunder storms later.
OM45GE - Posted - 07/09/2014: 04:07:42
Yeah, except ours is supposed end tomorrow with temps in the 70's and low humidity.
ErikH - Posted - 07/09/2014: 15:58:31
That's what we got today. More of the same tomorrow, they say, and then humidity, storms, and back in the 80's.
TheLastWord - Posted - 07/09/2014: 16:45:44
I do a lot of mountain biking (trail riding in Florida) and can't wait for cooler temps. The heat and humidity always sucks the energy right out of me.
