Life is like a bag. It is empty until you put something into it.

It's like any other animal,,,,,,,,,,,,,how would you eat
it if you don't skin it first?
mbanjo - Posted - 04/15/2013: 14:11:27
If you skin it on its first life...does it freeze to death for the other eight?
ErikH - Posted - 04/15/2013: 14:24:02
I don't know. Personally I like cats, and I don't mean to eat.

I had pulled pork a couple weeks ago. We found a Jack Daniel's BBQ sauce and let it sit together for a few hours. SOOOOOOO good!!!

I've kind of taken to Carolina style sauces that are either mustard based or vinegar and cayenne based. It seems to compliment the pork nicely without masking the flavor. I like the whiskey based at KC style sauces too, though. That's why I usually cook two 6 to 8 lb butts at a time, so that I can have sandwiches with a variety of sauces.

Here's two that are typical of the two styles. You can find others on the internet. I've tried these two and a few others, still haven't decided which is my favorite.
