Played for as long as my tired forearm could stand this morning, and I did an interesting little exercise that was quite enlightening for me. I opened up YCTYB and tried to play every song in it, just page after page. I did OK, but there were a lot of sloppy measures. I think I need to make time for reinforcing some basic exercise. I am very pleased with my timing overall, though. I think that's my strongest point. But I have fallen into using the same licks and patterns over and over, and I think some work on that will be beneficial.
No other news of the day, which is probably a very good thing.
