Well, life for me has come full circle again. I've been to school, worked a new job and now starting a new job that I had hoped would free up some time to hone my skills on my banjo.
Well, I have learned that Bluegrass is almost dead in this area. A few years back, it seemed like ground zero for Bluegrass music but now I can't find a soul who picks.....or sets up banjo's or much else.
I'm not sure what to do now. I have four banjo's; only one of which is playable. I wanted to find someone to set them up or repair them but there is simply no one around who can do this kind of work.
Funny how things change with time.......guess I'll just go fishing. The lakes and rivers are still here.
