Hey folks, now semi-retired and living in Banos, Ecuador. Loving it. Finally got my banjo down here in April and have started the learning process again and getting the fingers back in shape. Big problem, the tuning peg on my old Ruby for the high G string came loose and worked itself out of the neck. So, I'll be looking to find a fix on here if anybody knows anything about banjo repairs.

Irish guy living in Toronto. Have done lots of adventure stuff. Climbed Kilimanjaro in 2004. Ran the Marathon des Sables in Morocco a couple of times. Ran a few marathons. Raced Flying Fifteen sailboat in Ireland for 10 years......good at it too! Like Forrest Gump, one day i got tired of running and now would like to sit back, learn to play the banjo and do it well and maybe just do a bit of running and cycling to stay in shape.
