Hey, rough week on the job scene but at least i have one. Good week of practice under my belt on the auld banjo. Found I could still do those slides, hammer-ons and pull-offs (all this sounds vaguely pornographic) with no problem. I'm checking out Steve Martin's Tab Book for the Crow cd. This is a great cd which my daughter bought me for Christmas a couple of years ago. Now i'm going to get the book and learn some tunes from it. Too bad i can't sing worth a shit but then again either can Steve (he is funny though lol).

Irish guy living in Toronto. Have done lots of adventure stuff. Climbed Kilimanjaro in 2004. Ran the Marathon des Sables in Morocco a couple of times. Ran a few marathons. Raced Flying Fifteen sailboat in Ireland for 10 years......good at it too! Like Forrest Gump, one day i got tired of running and now would like to sit back, learn to play the banjo and do it well and maybe just do a bit of running and cycling to stay in shape.
