Hi gang,
It's been a coon's age since I've been on here. Couldn't resists signing on this late Christmas day night and wishing you all a very Merry Christmas and a happy and blessed new year. The BHO is a treasure and I've had wonderful interactions with many of you on here. 2011 was a woeful year for me banjo-wise and saw me all but shut down my website and blog, but I'm hoping 2012 turns out better. Eager to get back into being a good resource for beginners who need a hand. Website redesign...major redesign...is underway and I hope that re-energizes me. Don't count me out yet.
Blessing to all! Thanks for being my friends. Keep in touch!
Banjo Paul

I've been playing for about 30 years now, and I am a veteran of the Apple Blossom Bluegrass Band as well as Lare Williams and New Direction band, and Rogue River Grass and Black Canyon Bluegrass. I am currently in a band called Steam Powered Bluegrass. I play a Gold Star GF100-HF banjo. I teach banjo in the Grand Rapids, Mi. area, and would love to get together for some pickin' and grinnin' with anyone interested.
