Most of the runza (bierock) casserole recipes use tubes of crescent roll dough.  I used ready to cook from the refrigerated section pizza dough.  Based on comments I parbaked bottom crust first, (some also did that with crescent dough)  then added the skillet made runza mix (cooled to rt). Then the top layer of pizza dough and trimmed.  On a remake , I would have used more seasoning.  Brad

I watched a "new to me" method to cook corn.  Place the roastin' ear (still in its clothes) in the microwave.  set for 4 minutes (depending on the MW).   Remove from MW then cut stock end off enough for a full opening.  Squeeze (like toothpaste) at silk end. The corn on the cob should slide right out-silk free.

Butter it, spice or season it , and eat it!   Brad

Sorry your just discovering that method now. Works like a charm and tastes damn fine.
Bought too many ears the other day and dinner p,and changed and hated to wast the corn so I made creamed freezer corn.

Cut corn off cob and put in a sauce pan with some butter and a little 1/2 cup, water.
Bring to a boil and simmer 10-15 minutes adding more water as needed as it evaporates.
When corn is cooked and water is mostly evaporated, add a little salt, a little sugar and some heavy cream or 1/2 & 1/2. Simmer 5 more minutes, let it cool and bag it in serving portions. Never had better creamed corn!!!
I made a meal of it over toast like SOS and was pretty damn fine !!!
Try it, ya can’t screw it up !!!

We fired up the charcoal, and made chicken, ribs, kielbasa, and foil pack potatoes. Weather was nice, and we had a good friend over. So it's been a good day! Chemo tomorrow if bloodwork is good.

BTW: This was my first attempt at microwaving the corn in the husk. It worked perfect!
