Ah, "fusion" cooking, eh. Brad
After a day birthday party prep for our youngest daughter, age 38, wife and I relaxed with wine and dinner. Ribeye steak, mini/potatoes garden herbed and roasted, and local green beans with our garden tarragon. Paired with a Petit Syrah. A stormed rolled in with a mild gust front, cooling it down and chasing the flies to cover. An end to a hard days work! Brad
We do like our baby potatoes! In foil on the gasser with tons of butter, garlic or whatever you want for spices! Halved up & fried with chives & pepper with breakfast. I found duck fat in a jar! Roll your 'tatoes around in the cast iron to brown & crisp them up. Smash them flat & lay on the garlic butter, flip & eat them!

They will ask you to accept cookies (I never do.) but you can still get the pictures.
Blackberry hot pepper jam!!! Mmmmmm, sounds great as a glaze for salmon. A little sweet and salty. No blackberry’s in my freezer but got me thinking about a spicy blueberry glaze, and just so happens I have a bunch of huge fresh salmon the freezer ready for the grill and blueberry pickin season just started. My mouth is a watering right now . Gonna have to pair it with Bobs baby potato recipe. Win Win!!!
Slammer!!!

That looks like an excellent grilling and seasoning job on those chicken thighs. Brad

Al, that salad looks so darn good!
Marcobellini, hope you feel better soon!
I don't know what it is about Taco Bell, but I like it!
If Taco Bell is wrong,
I don't want to be right!
