Edward, eh. Got it. Seems a nice young man.
Well, Summer is officially over. Cold temps, stiff winds, yard full of acorns and I actually put on pants and socks for the first time since I don’t know when!!!
Came in da house after blowing acorns out of da yard for 5 hours and Mrs. Slammer made a pot of Chili . Somebody read my mind, be it a short story!
Made my night and hit the spot. Bring on the soups and stews, I’ve had enough brats, hot dogs and burgers!!!

Go Brewers and Go Packers!!! Having said that , I think the Pack needs a new coach ASAP!!!
This summer I’ve eaten a mountain of brats and a pile of hot dogs and a flat of burgers. While all fantastic, I’m ready for a change and ready to wear socks and a flannel shirt, put some stuff in a crock pot and watch the Brewers win the World Series and watch the Packers take a beating!!!
Could be , I just used up the last of my Secret Stadium Sauce!!! IYKYK !!!

Bought a NYS roast back in April, cut 2 “ steaks out of it and had two of them tonight. Salt, pepper & Garlic and a 550 degree hot Weber for 4 1/2 minutes per side. Perfect med /med rare and one of the best steaks I’ve had in a long time.
Sweet honey squash and a salad to go with. My compliments to da cow!!!
Slammer!!!
