This wood came from a school gym floor that was built in 1941. The wood was sent to me by Steve Shepherd. I'm playing my mahogany RB-00 Kalamazoo/Sullivan conversion.

This is only a short .22 second clip of this song. I'm working on learning how to use Adobe Audition 2.0 which is actually an older version along with my AT2020 usb mic. I'm playing my curly maple banjo with a Select Hard Maple .656" bridge with the banjo capoed to Bb. This mixdown is still no where near where it needs to be but I thought it would sound good enough to hear the tone of the banjo with this new bridge.

I kicked the volume up a tad more and started the mandolin chop a little further in so the timing is a little better.

Not exactly like Tom Adams plays it. I had to change some fingering to make it easier for me to learn it. I have always wanted to learn this tune so I've been working on it now for about a week. I put a guitar and bass track in it to hide my goof ups.

Was watching Kristen Scott Benson play this on Bennett Sullivan's Youtube channel and decided to learn her version of it. The ending is just a simple generic version I've played in years past. I've always had trouble playing melodic tunes.....especially when the tempo is above 100bpm. Kristen is an awesome banjo picker!! Her playing is so clean!

Just got my mahogany style 3 back together. I have the no hole Memphis Belle ring on a Cox 2-ply maple rim. Slingerland rim (Birdseye maple) bridge. Just got a new pc and I'm trying to learn how to navigate Windows 10. I downloaded the latest version of Audacity and wanted to try it out.
