Pasta with home-made sausage ragu [the recipe, not the grocery store brand name.
I haven't tried this one before. Strangely enough, it calls for rosemary, which is not an herb I expect to see in an authentic Italian sauce. I've got my fingers crossed.
BTW, the quickest way to mess up authentic Italian cooking is to add too many ingredients. My usual tomato sauce uses only olive oil, fresh garlic, tomatoes, basil, oregano, and a little crushed red pepper. Some of the Italian folks I've spoken to leave out the oregano, and sometimes even the basil.
If you use canned tomatoes, use the best tomatoes you can afford and keep it simple. Cento and Flora are good-- tomatoes only, no added calcium chloride, salt, citric acid, etc. Since I've moved to these better brands, I've become a believer.

Haven’t had a Sirloin Tip roast in a long long time and saw this bad boy at the meat market the other day calling my name. Yes, it was delicious and for $24.00 for 3.8 lbs. I got 3 good meals for us two , and one amazing sammich for lunch !!! No waste at all and not a bad bite on the whole thing!!!
Served with salad, mashed Asiago / garlic mashed taters, wine reduction mushroom sauce/gravy and roasted carrots and radishes. Never had roasted radishes before…………………….game changer!!!
