About two years ago Bob Flesher had a banjo listed in the classifieds as "new, unplayed except by me". It had been ordered by someone who changed his mind about. By the time I called Bob someone had bought it. He did tell me that he could build me one for the same price and it would be ready in about three months. I said OK and he said that I could customize it any way I wanted to. The only thing I wanted changed was to put the peghead inlay in the center of the peghead. Bob was very enjoyable to talk to and deal with and I would recommend his banjos to anyone. My banjo took 4 months but the delay was due to weather. It looks and sounds great and sounds good in a jam.
