Eric,
You may want to get some feedback as to the amount of attention or lack of it paid to the Banjo History of the Week at the bottom of the page. Somehow I think that space could be better used to feature more ongoing things on the hangout.
Just food for thought.

potterz: can you tell me what browser/version you're using on your Android tablet that's having the weird left sidebar issue?
We're testing it over here with our Android tablets, Chrome, etc, and can't replicate the issue. Wondering if you've got a very old version of the old browser (before it moved to Chrome) perhaps?

Have you tried updating the tablet's version of Android and/or the browser on it? Can you install Chrome on it?
Looking up that tab model, it looks like the browser that came with it is now 6 years old. I'm pretty sure that's the issue. Or problem on this end is we're having a hard time even recreating the problem since the browser is so old...

potterz: left menu issue should now be resolved. Can you check it on your tablet and let me know?

Sorry Eric - not yet - Steve
Interestingly, it seems ok when I click on a forum topic, but reverts back when I return to the home page

Probably a caching issue... if you clear your browser cache I bet it fixes it.

until the groups page is reactivated, I think the new format is a total flop

Media > MP3 Library > Quick Search Box
When I type a word in the quick search box, I get a message that says "Please enter more specific words to begin searching." The error message is in a box that is clickable and clicking it opens the jukebox in a new window with a drop-down to select a play list.
Advanced search worked.
Using High Sierra 10.13.1 with Safari 11.0.1 (13604.3.5)

Yeah, that's a bit odd. Appears to be doing that only when you enter something into that box that is unique enough that no search results are returned. I agree the message needs to be changed in that case, though!

lack of visibility for the feature ads.
Because I paid extra money for a feature ad I would like it to be visible on the ad page all the time but when I scroll down the classified page I loose the top of the page where the feature ads are.
It would be a good thing to have that part of the page always visible when scrolling down the ads.
The way it is now makes the feature ads almost non efficient because people do want to see all the ads in the page but they see the features ads only when they are on top of the page....

But that's how it has always worked. In fact, I would argue that the new site gives MORE visibility to featured ads, since it shows them on the site's homepage as well.

I would think a lot of Hangout members would be country folk, many of whom have slow internet connections. I certainly do. I find that the front page takes an awfully long time to load. Probably because of all the photos at the bottom showing the Marketplace. Photos and, worse, videos take a lot of bandwidth and slow everything down. That's ok if it's a page that the user jumps to from the front page, but it does add a fair bit of time waiting for that front page to load.
I'm sure there's been a ton of work go into this re-design and, aside from this little grumble, it looks and works great. Thanks for all the hard work.

schlange this may or may not have been reported, but when I look at a member’s homepage on my iPhone, the links for Classified, About, etc... get cut off, so I can only see part of each of the words.

If I’m on my iPad, and click Marketplace, Banjo’s, I get a box that says too many results. iPad Aur 2, fully updated iOS 11.
