I grew up loving Bluegrass music. I got hooked on the sound of the banjo when I started listening to my dad's copy of the "Bonnie & Clyde" soundtrack, which of course is Lester and Earl at their very best. I was mentored by Big Al at the fabled Fifth String store in Greenville, SC. I have degrees from Clemson University and Furman University. GO TIGERS!!
