a Taj Mahal record" De Old Folks Back Home" that caught my attention. I learned to play both Clawhammer and Scruggs style in HS, mostly because I didn't understand the differences. That served me well. Recorded with Rhys Jones, Chirps Smith, Geoff Seitz, Bob Holt, Jim Landsford and Bobby Taylor. Proud member of Portland, Oregon’s bluegrass band The Muddy Bottom Boys 1980-3
