When I bought my Roanoke Truetone two years ago, there were no nearby stores that carried Hubers so I could try one out. I ended up buying direct from the Huber website. I was a little nervous about buying a banjo that I hadn't played. Turns out I had no reason for concern. I've been crazy about my Roanoke ever since the day I took it out of the packing case. Since then, my local music store (Mountain Music in Old Forge, NY) has become a Huber dealer. I was there a couple weeks ago and Al has a couple workhorses and a really nice Lancaster all set up and ready to play. It's a great time to be in the market for a new Huber. The instruments are awesome and they're more available too.
