Friction pegs
My pegs slip sometimes and it takes a lot of force to push them in when tuning. The builder, Robert Browder, says to use chalk to prevent slippage. Any other suggestions?

head tension system
Does anyone have any info on a head tensioning arrangement? I would like to try it instead of simply tacking the head on. Thanks!!
