It reminds me of the slower/mellower versions of tunes done by Mary Cox.  Nice job and thanks for the post.

That's a beautiful treatment of a good old tune! Nice to hear something different done with it - enjoyed it a lot!

Great tune Debbie. I was annoyed at the guitar string squeal. That certainly can add poingancy to a tune but too much of it here. Minus that, beatiful tune and treatment.

Hi Debbielee, I was across the hall, shaving and listening; had to peek to see who was playing! You now have my undivided attention!

Well played Debbielee, I don't know the tune but that sounds just right a tempo for it. A nice mellow tone too. Thanks, I enjoy listening to your playing very much...Best wishes...David

First of all that tune is nicely recorded! I'm a banjo playing almost wanabe. I usualy dislike clawhammer style. But the way that I hear you play , I like it. Sounds like some movie soundtrack :)

This is just outstanding playing!

I used to play everything fast...lately I've really come to appreciate slow banjo playing, where the tone of each note counts.
