Boy, they don't make 'em like that anymore, do they? Was this photo taken about 1941 or so?

Looks to be about WWII era from her dress. Gibson did not make many 5-strings before the war & these style 1s, especially those from the 30s, have not survived intact because of their being "promoted" to mastertones. They have a very nice tone just as they are for old-time styles.
