I am a banjo player from Poplar Bluff, Missouri and have been playing since I was 12 years-old. I'm in a band called Alex Riffle & The Stiff Riffs that plays every chance we get. The band consists of myself, two attorneys, and a pre-school teacher. These older band members have been playing bluegrass together for over 35 years and have a fantastic blend. I feel blessed to get the chance to play music with them. I released my first CD, "Pickin' Toward Perfection" at the age of 13. Alex Riffle & The Stiff Riffs recorded and released "Live At The Wine Rack" in 2008 and "These Days" in 2013. I'm currently an undergraduate student at Saint Louis University in St. Louis, MO.
