Recentley got passed down to me a Windsor No 10 Zither Banjo and have enjoyed every minuite of it! I have been learing for around a month or so and can say i am doing okay :) Beginning to already get to grips with frailing/clawhammer and i am also learing 'Queen of the Burlesque' which i have been told is a good banjo song to begin with. Have only just begun to start using fingerpicks which i am finding very tricky at the moment, but obviousley it helps produce a better sound than long fingernails which i started with at the beginning! Songs i would love to learn in the future include 'Country Blues', 'Old Maid's Song', and 'Banjoland'. In the future once playing gets better i would also love to get a 5-string Tenor Banjo.
