My great grandfather played the banjo in a pretty popular group in the Blue Ridge area of Virginia. I want to carry on some tradition. I really like the sound and versatility of the banjo. I am from Virginia, but live in Los Angeles for the time being. I am Quaker and make my living doing artwork or graphic design. Other than banjo I have a lot of interests: drawing, reading, writing, seeing new sights and sounds, meeting new people, being of service, cycling, natural medicine, and having adventures with my romeo, and hanging out with my great family who are too far away.
