As I grow older my children are leaving the nest. My wife and I are growing closer together and time continues to fly by. There are several things that I do to slow down and relax. Camping, hiking, and playing the banjo... If everyone could sit back once and awhile and do something relaxing. We would realize how much God has blessed us.
Music is a gift that everyone can enjoy, what ever the genre. To play and instrument and enjoy it is certinaly a blessing. But, a Banjo what a gift indeed. One of the more difficult instruments to learn, to be able to play it and enjoy it "WOW" what a feeling. We, the banjo player can bring so much joy to so many people with just alittle pickin. So it is my goal to become the best picker I can be. Not only to bring myself joy but all those around me. Good luck to everyone here at banjo hang out and stop a little in our hetic lives and SMELL the roses.
