Welp, what goes up must come down. Having one of those weeks where I feel so unmotivated, the connection lacking. The last few nights I have sat to practice and its all just frustration and confusion.
In buddhism they say to turn toward the pain and that is what i find myself trying to do. I just need to play. Sometimes its just work!
Last week, even 4 days ago, I was so inspired and motivated and here I am today, not that, at all. I guess another parallel in Buddhism, everything is impermanent even my blissful banjo states. I guess all the states and all the time is worth it. Today im just punching the clock and not ascribing any specific value to that. No good or bad, just showing up.
Nothing special in this post, just wanted to get my ideas out into the universe and to connect with community.
If there is ever a time you don't feel like playing, is that normal? What kind of practice do you try to do?

Trying this again. Third attempt, keeping up with this pretty well now! Interested in trying to jam?!
