Hello everyone, new to the forum - actually new to banjos, play the guitar never a banjo. my son has a fascination with banjos and since i try to hand make a lot of things i thought i'd make him a mountain style banjo. i'm have real problems finding a skin for the head. - its only a small head, wondered about possum,deer. but i don't think i really feel like pegging out and scraping skins. anyone have any ideas? cheers - Justin
