Primarily clawhammer, some fingerpicking. Play in two local OT groups. Also play in a number of other combinations and solo settings at local venues. Teach/mentor Clawhammer banjo in the Mid-Willamette Valley area (Orchard Mt. String Band and Biscuit Creek String band). Currently retired and focusing efforts on playing, minor banjo repair, setup, etc. Enjoy traveling and jamming with folks throughout the Northwest. Can usually be found jamming, attending/performing each year at NW Folklife Festival in Seattle, Centralia OT gathering and Portland OT gathering..and local venues throughout Willamette Valley area.
