Well, you didn't die. So maybe the vaccination accomplished something.
Also, the incubation period for COVID, from exposure to symptoms, is about 5 to 6 days. And while a fourth shot (second booster?) begins to offer some protection right away, peak protection starts around 10 to 12 days later.
The first time I got covid, I think I was exposed the same day I got the shot.
Does anyone find it interesting that nearly 100,000 more people in America died the year after the Covid vaccine became available than the year before?
Not only that, the number of people I know personally who have passed due to "sudden death", heart failure, and turbo cancers since the death jabs were introduced is off the chart. I'm kind of astounded at the support for them here.
Yes, it is important that we do our own research. First hand accounts of death is much more reliable than any so called "data" offered by Big Pharma and "Doctors". All they want is profits, unlike the supplement industry.
Just the other day I met a guy that told me his cousin got the jab and was dead within two seconds. That is the truth that they don't tell you about. Instant death. My barber told me he knew a guy that died moments before getting the jab. He was on his way and just died before he could even get it.
I'll stick with ivermectin, vitamin A, colloidal silver and my own research.

No. The disease was spreading faster than the vaccinated population was growing. Plus, 2021 saw the arrival of the highly transmissable delta and omicron variants. Yes, the raw numbers of deaths increased, but public health data estimates that without the vaccine, the numbers would have been even higher. The vaccination program averted hundreds of thousands of additional deaths and millions of hospitalizations.

It's not interesting, because it did not happen. Again: IT DID NOT HAPPEN. That's pure and total BS misinformation from the anti-vaccine crowd (who have products to sell you -- that Wakefield criminal is raking in millions off of the nonsense he started).
In fact, the SCIENCE says just the opposite. Here's information on one major study. There are no doubt many more studies pointing to the same conclusion: FEWER people died after the rollout of mRNA vaccnes.

Vitamin A.
No, it's not important. Few people are educated enough and qualified enough to do their own research. Especially in matters of health and science.
When people say "I did my own research" it always means "I prefer to swallow misinformation that aligns with what I want to hear" and "I only listen to the nonsense the people in my rightwing/antivaxx bubble spout because I lack all ability toward critical thinking."
(I'm guessing -- hoping -- you're joking, of course)

Fwiw, Google AI
came up with these stats for the USA:
Total resident deaths in the United States from 2018 through 2022, according to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), are as follows:
Edit: Oftentimes I like to see 5- or 10-year rolling averages.... particularly if somebody else does the legwork. ![]()

I've never expected perfection in any aspect of my life, but I will certainly adhere to practices that improve my chances at a normal and happy life by trusting the opinions of learned scientists and doctors.
I have no problem saying they are smarter than me.I feel so fortunate for the quality of my life due in most part to my VA healthcare.
They've saved my life and improved it a number of times.

Right.
Then statisticians and epidemiologists develop numbers for "expected" deaths in a year (absent events such as epidemics) from which they develop the number of "excess deaths."
The numbers you share do show jumps in deaths year-to-year larger than previous years, consistent with an epidemic. Thes numbers alone don't say how many of the deaths in any of those years were from COVID.
And just for the record: No one in medical science or public health authority ever said the COVID vaccination would prevent all infections from the virus or death from the disease. Just as that claim has never been made for any vaccination.
However, vaccinations have, over time, built up herd immunity so that some diseases were reduced to levels low enough that cases did not grow to epidemic levels. Many diseases have been reduced by 90%-99% through vaccination. This is not disputable.
I have hundreds of people in my circle of life. Marathon runners, gym fitness people, church people, music people, animal rescue people, folks I served with I keep up with, etc. During the first two years of COVID, it was very evident that the folks I knew who died, and got deathly sick, were older, existing condition, less fit, less healthy lifestyle people. COVID was pretty much a nothing burger for the younger, fitter, healthier folks. Getting the jab or not didn’t seem to make any difference. Which is why I elected to quit getting it, after getting so freaking sick after jab #4. I should also add that in the subsequent 4 years, I’ve tested positive for COVID twice, and it was noting more than a mild sore throat, and annoying sniffles. I didn’t even miss my daily running. I’m not a pro or anti vaxer, or conspiracy nut. I just use my own power of observation, and make my choices. And I could care less what other folks do, one way or the other.

.... or, ergo, drowning causes increased ice cream consumption?? ![]()
[I'm still working on how I'll "do my own research" on ^^. I.e. I'm open to suggestions.]
I think the thread is doing OK. No personal attacks. Six contributions by moderators.
Humor by exaggeration is a common debate tool, regardless of perspectives. That's not snarkey or personal to me, just a little poking fun at each other.
The "banning" was imposed at the height of the uncertainty and not-yet-validated claims and opinions during the initial year or two of the Covid pandemic -- a lot of unknowns, fear, and extreme reactions going on then, but not much information and research yet at that time.
