It's not unusual to want money, even when you're Rich.

I sometimes "play" when we're camping.  Typically, the case will be on a nearby table .... lid closed.  Once in a while another camper will wander over.  I might comment/speculate/joke something about what might transpire, "...had I left the case open."   So close and yet so far????

once a band i was with had a sweet deal with a local school system in another county.
twice a year we had to go to a elementary and a middle school and perform a show and talk about the instruments and our playing styles.
they paid us 1500.00 bucks for those 2 shows.. about an hour each..and about 20 minutes of talking. not a bad days work 15 years ago.

I notice a shot that was too sneaky(overly vague ,no context) for me --keeps me from feeling friendly towards and conversing --with the sniper

I have a really positive opinion of Greg Rich and his contributions to Bluegrass. Banjos especially. I am excited about his GoldTone partnership. Can’t wait for the Carl Jackson “Ruby Pearl” banjo.

I'm pretty suspicious of that "greed" word, as it is always applies to someone else wanting or getting more than the speaker thinks is appropriate, and carries a lot of spurious opinions about who should have just what. I notice that it's rarely applied to one's own financial desires and ambitions.

Maybe he just spelled grinch wrong.

I recall a Country Gazette album titled “All This, and Money Too!"

I miss Greg here on the Hangout. Yeah, he crossed the line fairly often, but he also brought a huge amount of knowledge, experience, talent, insight and humor to these conversations. He racked up the views like no one has since.

Greg is one of the best people you could ask for. Granted he's a wild man at times, his style of dress is evidence of that haha He has been the biggest supporter of my music and a wonderful man.

It is quite possible that OP mis-titled the thread with "grich" (implying Greg Rich) and then in post #2 he corrected himself by saying "greed" (implying someone named Greg Reed).

I hope he comes back and informs us of who Greg Reed is.

I'm pretty sure Greg gets as many or more chuckles from BHO's silliness than BHO from Greg.
