That looks right up my street !
Woke up to 10 inches of snow yesterday but had it in my head it was time to get the mobile Wok station out. Made Mongolian Beef (venison) .
With the right tools you can get that restaurant flavor at home on the wok.
That flavor in Asian food is called Wok Hei or breath of the wok. Flavor from the smoke and searing heat of the wok. That and cooking in a snow bank always makes it taste better!!!

I guess we will call this a "Jiffy Corn meal taco casserole. Inspired by the many dishes of Al and Liz, and some online recipes we used for guidance. Brad
We sautéed half a chopped onion, along with a small can of chopped Hatch chilies, and added a can of hominy, a can of pinto beans, and bag of pre-cooked taco meat (that we bought at a local taco shop). Layered that mixture in a pan, added a layer of shredded cheese, then topped with the mixture of Jiffy corn meal muffin mix. Then into the oven until corn bread was baked. Servings topped with more cheese, choice of salsa, and too much sour cream. Brad
