I got this from Kirk Sutphin's cd Old Roots, New Branches. He plays it beautifully in an OT 3-finger style. I'm playing it in 2-finger style in open G

Chip, I was excited to hear recently that there are actually recordings of Posey Roach..haven't heard them yet but have a bid put in for copies...will let you know! Kirk either learned this tune from old man Roach himself or from recordings & called it "Roach's Reno" on his own 1980s recording. I kind of like that title!
