Tunaday #104 - In GModal-f tuning (fDGCD). Thought it sounded shantyish to me, probably not strictly by definition, and not good enough to be a sea shanty or even a lake shanty, bu hopefully better than a puddle shanty.

Finally you titled a tune that didn’t make perfect sense to me! = )
No matter though, I like the spirited tune, and the tuning intrigues me. Nice job Rick!

Sorry to disappoint on the title Greg. ;>). The thing that intrigued me was that the tune is unexpectedly in the key of F in Gmodal tuning. Thanks for the comments.

A happy place is your shanty. I was pleasantly surprised at the mood you created in this tuning.

Thanks Janet. I think with the opening strum of the tuning the mood of the tune is unexpected.
