This is a clip from a semi-weekly jam with Larry Edelman (fiddle), Dave Parman (guitar), and me (banjo). I am largely faking it since this was the second time I had ever played the tune. Recorder was on my knee, so banjo is a bit more present relative to the other instruments, but posting anyway. I love playing tunes with these guys! Banjo (tuned to open G--gDGBD) is a 1903 Fairbanks Whyte Laydie #2 with pie-plate resonator.

Well done, Jack! Will you be practicing this for next time round? Already sounding good, though a different Fisher’s Hornpipe than the usual.
