This is an old tune that have been recorded with different names by several artists.: Uncle Dave Macon, Watson Family, Flatt and Scruggs and others. The tune is related to Ida Red. I play it in straight thumb lead two finger. A-tuning. Played on my Samick

In the Doc Watson Family recording I think it was Arnold playing the banjo, Doc the guitar and Gaither Carlton the fiddle. However my version is mostly stolen from Earl Scruggs
