I learned Texas as one of my first few tunes, but you two make it sound like it was meant to be. Enjoyed your music again.

Ed - I like everything on your page but THIS one was so good I had to play it twice! Sounds like the blues to me...

So cool, Ed. To me it's that long ago faraway distant mountain sound, leading me on. You guys are good. Thank you, Ed.

Nothing better than deciding to learn a new song, and then finding a version of Ed and Don playing together to learn from...really cool song, and well played by you both.

Thanks to both SCclawman & Rick for the 2012 comments.
Glad you like it.
It's one of the first tunes Don & I worked-up, and recorded (Probably 5 or 6 years ago, on his tape machine.)
Still a favorite of ours, as well.

Ed - Just stumbled across this one again. When I commented before I should have remembered that this was your second tune of a medly with Buffalo Skinners on Banjo Addiction I. I thought it was great then too.

Hi Rick -- Wow... that was a lo-n-n-ng time ago! But yes, I usually
paired those 2 tunes back then. (Don Borchelt and I met, at a party, back about 1981 or '82. After that, we'd get together at parties and jams -- and play a few tunes. Banjo Addiction came out in 1999 -- about the same time that Don and I started playing together regularly.)
