Genre: Old Time / Playing Style: Clawhammer and Old-Time
Originally a ballad about a woman, a rounder and murder (as many are!). Learned the general tune from a 1960's Dock Boggs Mike Seeger recording. Adapted to clawhammer from his style. Played on my 1924 Vega Little Wonder Conversion 5 string. Light gauge strings, fiberskyn on a 11 15/16" head. Standard G tuning.

Nice touch, dynamics, and good steady rhythm. Great sound as well. Like that banjo.
