Thanks for the link Ed. Sure can see where they got the GT design from. I was fascinated by your pics of the early Odes. In the early 60s a visiting America frailer let me try her long neck Ode open back and I was amazed at the tone of the thing. Good 5 strings in Sth Australia were rare in those days. I'd forgotten they had cast Aluminium rims and yet sounded good. Just shows if put together and setup right a banjer can sound great.
