1970's 6 string KAY banjo converted to Irish Tenor GDae. Original neck still on it. for a 6 string the neck was actually quite thin. So converting it was not so hard. Behind is a 12 yr old over sized jazz guitar converted to Tenor with Irish Tuning GDae, using 3 wrapped and 1 steel for the strings. Good volume and sustain over a standard Tenor Guitar.
