This is a Washburn B-16 5 string (short drone) bluegrass style banjo. It's about 15 yrs old, was sitting in my shop not doing much but taking up space, So I decided to convert it to a Plectrum style (22 fret) which is the original scale of the banjo. It still needs a little tweaking with the sound, but it's a lot cheaper than buying a new, considering I paid $1500.00 for it brand new back then.
