This is a song I wrote back about 10 years ago. I'm going to re-record it bluegrass style. It's about a little boy sitting in a broken down old truck that's on blocks, growling out the engine sounds and pretending he's driving an 18 wheeler. Anybody ever do this when you were kids? I did this on a midi keyboard which had a drum machine built in. I had to pick the guitar. The singer is Donnie Bell, a friend of mine that sings a lot of demos for me.

In the intro there is a two bar click track where the banjo plays two bars of G before it goes into Em. This is so you stay in time as you go into Em. I hope I'm not confusing you. If you have any questions please ask me.

Lets have some fun here. Is there anybody out there who can play Foggy Mountain at this speed? If you can record it, show us what you've got. This made me dizzy just making it. This one starts right in with a full band. It's a Banjo break Fiddle-Mandolin-Banjo-Fiddle-Mandolin-Banjo and then on the last break it's everybody jamming at the same time.

In the chorus where it goes to A it goes A/Bb I'm going to record banjo to this one and that's the way I like to play it. I've played it that way so long I'm really not sure what it does there :-) For now, I just thought I'd go ahead and post it it for you.
