Two jigs I played with clawhammer banjo. I'm still working on jigs, for me they are much easier to play on tenor banjo using a pick. But I like the feeling you get playing jigs on clawhammer banjo.

These are two Irish session tunes I recorded. Tuning is double d. At our sessions I play them with a tenor banjo. I wanted to give it a try with clawhammer banjo using a somewhat more relaxed tempo.

Two popular Irish session tunes. The first tune is in d, the second in g. I use double d tuning also for tunes in g, so so I can get from on tune to the other without having to retune the banjo.
