i was thinking about buying an orpeum no. 1 banjo and i was wondering if anyone knew anything about them.

i started off playing the bass at about age 10 and the i went to the guitar. my favorite instrument has always been the banjo so at about 14 yrs old i was given a banjo and i started to learn. i taught my self for a while untill i went for some lessons from scott brown, blues creek. i took about 12 lessons over probably 2 yrs.
