There are so many. I seem to have a different favorite every month or two. I fiddle too and very much admire James Bryan, Bob Townsend, Clyde Davenport and Erynn Marshall, who I just met at Clifftop this year. She has a wonderful feeling for old-time. Banjo players---Kirk Sutphin, Dirk Powell, and Rafe Stefanini are all great as are many many others. Those who have passed on both, fiddlers and banjo players, are too numerous to name.

Well I've been in the real estate business off and on for the last 40 years and in one form or another in the music business for just as long. I was a folkie back in the 60's and have never lost my love of traditional music. I play and sing as much as I can. You can see me at dances and folk festivals throughout the southeast. You can't miss me. Just look for a very big blonde haired guy having a lot of fun. I play with the Tennessee Dog Trotters, Glory in the Meeting House and Big Daddy's Fireworks. I hope to meet you sometime soon.
