Played in a UK folk group late 1960s early 70s Inluences then: Clancy Bros & Tommy Mackem, the Seegers, Ian Campbell, Ewan McColl, Hedy West plus a lot of local musicians. It was meeting the late Hedy West that persuaded me to acquire my long neck banjo c. 1968 Played traditional folk with the band but tinkered with bluegrass for my own amusement .... influenced by Earl Scruggs as we all were at that time. Now I've got the time I want to get back into practice Influences now: none Main interest .... modelling the Pennsylvania Railroad ..... see website.
