I own a music store in Michigan, where I teach guitar. A mid-life crisis led me away from motorcycles and tattoos, and into the awesome world of 19th Century Banjo Music. I'm so thrilled to love music again, like I did when the Beatles hit Ed Sullivan, or discovering the MC5 at high volume. I can take this music to my grave, whenever that happens. I only play the fretless gut string early style. I don't a thing about anything after the Converse Analytical Method.
