Began playing Bluegrass at coffee clubs in Montreal in 1965. Started on 5 string taking lessons at House Of Banjo in Edmonton . Since then using video lessons .and jamming to add to my limited repertoire. Played in two bands after coming back east to Toronto. Bluegrass Revival for 11 years in the 70's and then Limited Edition with Denis LePage for 4 years til 1986. I was the guitar man and lead/tenor singer in those bands , leaving the pickin to people like Larry Good , Bob Forrest and Buddy Weston in Revival and of course , Denis LePage was our banjo man in Limited Edition. New to the Hangout and looking for players that would like to get together to exchange tunes and play on a casual basis.
